N3XUS Innovations

You didn't get into this
to do admin.

Nobody picks up a set of tools or turns on a camera because they wanted to chase invoices at 11pm. We build the operating layer that takes the paperwork, the scheduling and the chasing off your plate — so the hours you work are the hours you actually get paid for.

N3XUS FieldOS is live. N3XUS Social is in active development — early access members help shape what ships first.

Two products

One company, two very different working days.

A plumber and a full-time streamer have almost nothing in common — except that both run a real business on their own, and both lose the same evenings to admin nobody pays for. So we built two products instead of one compromise.

Live now

N3XUS FieldOS

For electricians, plumbers, HVAC and home service crews

Dispatch, quotes, invoicing and customer history in one place — built to work in a basement with one bar of signal, not just in an office.

  • Schedule the crew and see where every van actually is
  • Quote on the driveway, invoice before you pull away
  • Every job, photo and part logged against the address
In development

N3XUS Social

For creators, streamers, social managers and agencies

One workspace for every channel you post to — including the streaming platforms most social tools still pretend don't exist.

  • Twitch, YouTube, Kick and Rumble treated as first-class channels
  • Draft in your voice, not a generic AI one
  • Client approvals and brand deals without the spreadsheet

Where we actually are

One product live, one still being built.

Plenty of early-stage software pads its homepage with logos it hasn't earned and counters that tick up on a timer. Here's the honest version instead.

Where each product stands

N3XUS FieldOS is live and running real jobs at n3xusfieldos.net. N3XUS Social is still in development. There are no testimonials here yet because we'd rather ship than manufacture quotes — when there are, they'll be real and they'll be named.

Founding member terms

The rate you start on is the rate you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed. Early customers also get a direct line to us while we're still deciding what ships next.

Your data, your call

We don't sell data, we don't train public models on your customer records or your drafts, and export is one button at every plan level.

Early access

N3XUS Social, before everyone else.

FieldOS is already live — create an account and start today. N3XUS Social is the one still in the workshop. Join the list and you'll get build updates worth reading, not a drip campaign, and founding pricing that locks in for as long as you stay.

No spam, and one click unsubscribes. We'll never sell your email.

Questions

Straight answers.

N3XUS FieldOS is live: create an account at n3xusfieldos.net and you can run a job through it this afternoon. N3XUS Social is still in active development and we're not going to invent a date we can't hold — early access members get build updates as features become usable and get hands on them before general release.

Because they share a spine and not a surface. Scheduling, client records, approvals, billing and mobile-first sync are the same hard engineering problems whether you're dispatching a van or pushing a clip. What differs is the language, the integrations and the working day — so those are built separately and properly rather than bolted onto one generic app.

The rate you start on is the rate you keep, for as long as your subscription stays active. If list pricing goes up — and it will — you stay where you started. Cancel and come back later and you rejoin at whatever the current rate is.

No to both. Your customer records, job history and drafts are yours. We don't sell them, and we don't feed them into public models. AI features in our products run on your own content to serve you — not to improve a model somebody else benefits from.

More common than you'd think — plenty of trades now run a serious YouTube or TikTok channel alongside the work. Start on FieldOS today for the job side, then join the N3XUS Social list for the content side and tell us about the setup; we read every one of those and it genuinely shapes what we prioritise.

Approach

Four things we refuse to compromise on.

01 — Reality

It has to work on one bar of signal.

Crawl spaces, plant rooms, rural call-outs, a hotel wifi during a con. Software that only works on a good connection isn't field software, it's an office tool with a mobile skin. Ours holds what you entered and syncs when the signal comes back.

02 — Speed

If it takes more than a minute, nobody does it.

Every workflow we ship gets timed against the thing it replaces. If logging a job takes longer than the notes app and a text message, we've failed and we rebuild it. Adoption isn't a training problem, it's a design problem.

03 — Ownership

Your data leaves when you do.

Full export of your customers, jobs, posts and history in a standard format, on demand, at any plan level. No retention hostage-taking, no "contact sales to export", no penalty for deciding we're not for you.

04 — Focus

Built for the person holding the phone.

Not for the demo, not for a feature-comparison grid, not for a procurement checklist. The tech in the van and the editor cutting clips at 2am are the people who decide whether this is any good.
