N3XUS FieldOS · Live now

The job finished at four. Why are you still working at nine?

FieldOS runs the scheduling, dispatch, quoting, invoicing and customer history for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and home service businesses — from a phone, in a crawl space, on one bar of signal. The paperwork finishes when the job does.

The actual problem

The work pays. The admin around it doesn't.

A two-van outfit can turn over serious money and still lose a full day a week to things no customer will ever pay for. Here's the week most contractors recognise, and the one we're building toward.

Right now
  • Three missed calls while you're under a sink. Two of them book someone else by teatime.
  • Quote written on the back of a job sheet, typed up Thursday, sent Friday, gone cold by Monday.
  • Invoices raised at the weekend, so the money lands three weeks after the work did.
  • Back at an address you fixed two years ago with no idea what you fitted last time.
  • "Where's Danny?" answered by ringing Danny.
  • A parts run that costs forty minutes because nobody logged what came off the van.
With FieldOS
  • Missed call turns into a booking request the customer fills in themselves.
  • Quote built from your own price list and sent from the driveway before you leave.
  • Invoice goes out when you mark the job done, with the payment link already in it.
  • Every visit, photo, part and note filed against the address, permanently.
  • The board shows who's where, what's running late and what to move.
  • Van stock counts down as parts get used, and flags what to reorder.

What's in it

Run your entire field operation in one OS.

N3XUS OS is designed for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and other home service businesses. Replace your patchwork of tools with one intelligent system that runs dispatch, invoicing, CRM, and technician management — all powered by AI.

Scheduling & dispatch

Drag a job onto a tech and they get it instantly. The board accounts for drive time between addresses, so the day you plan is a day that's actually possible.

Quotes that don't go cold

Build from your own rates and parts list on the phone, add photos, send before you drive away. Customers accept with a tap and it becomes a scheduled job automatically.

Invoicing & getting paid

Mark the job complete and the invoice goes out with a payment link in it. Chasers send themselves on a schedule you set, so you stop being the one asking twice.

Property history

Everything ever done at an address, in one place — parts fitted, photos taken, who attended, what it cost. Walk back into a job two years later already briefed.

Van stock & parts

Log what gets used as it gets used. Stock counts down per van, reorder lists build themselves, and the forty-minute trip to the merchant stops being a surprise.

Reviews, asked at the right moment

The request goes out when the customer is happiest — right after the job is signed off — not a fortnight later when they've forgotten your name.

Customer CRM

Every customer, contact, property and past conversation on a single record. Search a surname or a phone number and the whole relationship is in front of you before you answer.

Technician management

Crew list, skills, certifications and availability in one place. See who's free, who's actually qualified for the callout, and where every tech's day stands right now.

AI that does the busywork

Dispatch suggestions, quote drafts and job write-ups built from the details already on the record. You review and send instead of typing the same thing for the hundredth time.

How a job runs

Four steps, start to paid.

The call comes in

Answered or missed, it becomes a job request with the address attached. Customers who can't get through book themselves into a slot you've made available.

It lands on the board

Assign it, or let the board suggest who's closest and free. The tech gets the address, the history and the access notes before they set off.

The work gets logged as it happens

Photos, parts, time on site and the customer's signature, captured on the phone. No signal in the plant room is fine — it syncs when you're back in the van.

The invoice goes out the same day

Mark it complete and the invoice sends itself with a payment link, priced from the parts and time already on the job. Nothing left to type up on Sunday.

Questions

What contractors ask first.

Yes, and this is the part we care most about. Job details, photos, notes, quotes and signatures are captured on the device and sync when the connection comes back. Nothing is lost because a tech was in a plant room, a basement or a rural postcode.

Yes — customers, addresses, job history and open invoices, from spreadsheets or from the common field service platforms. We do the import with you on a call rather than handing over a CSV template and wishing you luck.

That's the right thing to be sceptical about — most field software dies on exactly this. The technician view is designed to be usable with no training and one thumb. If logging a job takes longer than the notes app and a text message, we treat it as a design failure on our side and rebuild it.

Certificate and compliance templates are rolling out, starting with the electrical and gas documentation that gets asked for most. Which forms get built next is decided by what customers tell us they're still filling in by hand today.

Accounting sync starts with QuickBooks, included from the Professional plan, with Xero next, so invoices raised in the field land in your books without anyone re-keying them. If you use something else, tell us on the walkthrough form — the order we build integrations in is driven by what customers actually run.

You export the lot — customers, jobs, photos, invoices — in a standard format, one button, any plan. We don't hold your history hostage to keep you subscribed, and we don't make you email support to get it.
