This policy covers n3xusinnovationsllc.tech, the marketing website for N3XUS Innovations LLC. It is written to describe exactly what this website does today, in plain language. It does not cover the N3XUS FieldOS platform at n3xusfieldos.net: accounts, customer records, job data and billing there are handled under that platform's own privacy policy, presented when you create an account.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. There are three: the N3XUS Social early access waitlist on the home page and the Social product page, the walkthrough request on the FieldOS page, and the contact form on the about and contact page.
- Your name or handle
- Your email address
- Optional context you choose to give us, such as your trade and crew size, or the platforms you run
- Which product you told us you were interested in, and which page you submitted from
- If you use the contact form, the message you wrote and the topic you picked for it
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or third-party cookies on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
Why we collect it
To arrange a FieldOS walkthrough if you asked for one, to contact you about early access to N3XUS Social, to send occasional build updates, and to understand which product and which kind of business we should prioritise. That is the entire purpose.
A message sent through the contact form is used to answer that message. It does not put you on the waitlist or on any mailing list.
Who can see it
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are readable by N3XUS Innovations LLC. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to data brokers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the list or request it relates to is closed and we no longer need it — whichever comes first.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, so we keep what we collect to the minimum we actually need.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where it affects people already on the list, say so by email rather than quietly editing the page.
