These terms cover your use of n3xusinnovationsllc.tech, the marketing website for N3XUS Innovations LLC. They do not cover use of the N3XUS FieldOS platform at n3xusfieldos.net, which has its own terms presented when you create an account there.

What this website is

An information site about our two products. N3XUS FieldOS is live and runs on its own platform at n3xusfieldos.net; N3XUS Social is still in development and this site is where you join the early access list for it.

Product statements

N3XUS Social is in active development. Descriptions of its features on this site describe what we are building and intend to ship. They are not a guarantee that a specific feature will exist in a specific form or by a specific date, and nothing here forms a contract to deliver software.

N3XUS FieldOS is released. What that product does, and what we commit to, is governed by the platform's own terms rather than by descriptions on this marketing site.

Nobody is charged anything through this website. N3XUS FieldOS prices shown here are published for information and reflect the plans available in the platform; the rate that applies to you is the one shown at checkout on n3xusfieldos.net before you pay anything. N3XUS Social prices are indicative while we finalise launch tiers and are not binding.

Joining the early access list

Joining is free and creates no obligation on either side. Give us accurate contact details if you want us to be able to reach you. You can leave the list at any time.

The text, design, code and branding on this site belong to N3XUS Innovations LLC. Product and platform names belonging to other companies are their trademarks, referenced only to describe compatibility and integrations.
